In an extraordinary turn of events, a Jamaican boat, lost at sea for weeks, miraculously washed ashore on the picturesque coast of Ambergris Caye with 3 Jamaican fishermen. The fishermen of Westmorland, Jamaica, were lost at sea for 25days, their boat drifted off to open sea due to mechanical problems. They were treated in Ambergris Caye, and were safely sent home - the boat on the other hand stayed in Belize.
Playa De Sala, renowned for its innovative ventures, acquired the boat after months of this unfortunate event, later transforming it into the vibrant, We Jammin' Boat Bar. We Jammin' Boat Bar now invites visitors to indulge in tropical concoctions and sway to the infectious beats of reggae music. With every sip and rhythmic sway, guests can't help but feel the spirit of Jamaica come alive as they bask in the sun-kissed paradise of Ambergris Caye.
