Reservations, Restrictions & Cancellations

Check in is 2pm but we will make every effort to have your suite ready at arrival

Check out is at 11am. We can arrange to hold luggage at check in/out and you are welcome to use our outdoor amenities.

We require a 50% deposit payment at the time of booking. The balance is due at check in.
Rates are confirmed in the currency of USD dollars unless otherwise specified in your confirmation details. Rates confirmed are for the number of occupants listed in your email confirmation, per room, per night and do not include additional charges or additional guests(2 guest per suite max) and will apply only to rooms booked as a part of this reservation.
There are no refunds for no-shows, airline delays, strikes, political unrest or acts of God, including hurricanes. We recommend you purchase travel insurance in case of delays, illness, bad weather, or any other situation that may prevent you from traveling.
Refund rates are as follows:
91 + days prior to arrival - 100% refund
60 -90 days prior to arrival - 50% refund
45 days or less prior to arrival - No refund
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Check-in /Check-out Policy:
Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you depart prior to the departure date confirmed for any reason, the hotel may impose on an early departure fee.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE GUESTS 18 AND OVER.
We are happy to refer families with young children to resorts that are child-friendly in nature.
